Our run is starting to be a daily routine, which is fairly nice. Today, it was Jaclyn's turn to decide where to run. (I think it's starting to be a competition of who can choose the best place to run!) Well, I give dibs to her today because we went to Sunshine Park, a small community park. The moment we got there, I noticed that a few laps around the circumference of the park would equal a decent run. There was just one issue- the basketball court. Jaclyn and I were not so thrilled about passing the basketball courts every round. So, Jaclyn began running through the never-ending neighborhood. Time passed very quickly because we were chatting away and not thinking about the minutes. Eventually, the never-ending neighborhood took us to an outing that was very near Jaclyn's house.
It was a good route to choose because it was a good distance and took us to the right place. After crossing the bridge, I decided that we should sprint the remaining distance to Jaclyn's house. The pace that we ran at was equivalent to that of a 400 sprint pace, so when we arrived at Jaclyn's house, we felt a burning in our lungs greater than what we've felt with the slow but long runs.
