umm nothing much to say.
Monday - Wendy ran, but I couldn't...I acutally don't know what she did (mile).
Tuesday - We were suppose to run, but Wendy fell asleep...lol.
Wednesday (today) - RUNNING. Lol. Later today after swim workout. :)
Dude, I'm sooo sore. We did an hour of dry land yesterday. (Dry land is basically a workout out of the water...push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, jumping jacks, things that make it hurt to laugh!)
