workout. (Jaclyn)

Nice steady pace:

--15 minutes run
--1 1/2 minutes break
--10 minutes run
--1 1/2 minutes break
--5 minutes run
---SHOWER TIME. [:

All together 30 minutes running and 3 minute break. Not bad...I know I was taking kind of a slow pace, but hey. 30 minutes...lol. (Concentrate on the good please!) :D

I think now I should pick up the pace a bit. Maybe less time running, but harder speed. Once I can get a faster pace for 30 minutes then I'll pick up the speed again.

EDIT: CONGRATULATIONS WENDY FOR GETTING 2nd PLACE! amaaazing. LOL, remember how I told you there was no one our age that does it? I was right! Next time when we do it together, you get 1st and I'll get 2nd, okay? :D We can beat that other guy. ;]
